As a Senior Software Engineer at ICON, you will design and develop innovative software solutions that enhance our clinical operations and research processes.
What You Will Do:
Your experience in software development and engineering will be key in delivering high-quality outcomes and mentoring colleagues.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software applications to support clinical trial operations and data management.
- Collaborating with product managers, designers, and other engineers to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Participating in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and high standards of software quality.
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, contributing to continuous improvement of development processes.
- Staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and improve software functionality.
Your Profile:
You will have a strong foundation in software development and engineering, with the experience to work independently and guide others.
Required qualifications and experience:
- 8-12+ years of Oracle EBS Technical experience
- Strong exposure to Workflow, OAF, WebADI, APEX, Interfaces, APIs, Conversions, Forms & Reports
- Experience supporting multiple Oracle EBS modules
- Strong production support and issue resolution skills
- End-to-end solution ownership experience
