We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer (Frontend) to join our
dynamic engineering team. As a Senior Software Engineer you will be a key technical leader responsible for driving the design, development and deployment of our cutting-edge software solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, mentoring junior engineers and ensuring the delivery of high quality, scalable and secure software products

This role is part of the UX engineering team that owns customer facing web based products and related internal services.
Job Summary:

Designs and implements complex core components and systems. Coordinates the execution of such projects using technical strategies with one or more teams of engineers

Be proactive in proposing new projects, processes, or initiatives that can help improve how we operate our platform and products.

Carry through project planning and resourcing of large / complex projects, involving multiple engineers. Ability to execute these projects with one or multiple teams
-
Lead and influence others. Provide guidance and mentorship to other engineers
-
Participate in architectural discussions and provide guidance on system design and technology choices
Job Requirements:
-
Bachelor's in Computer Science or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
-
4-6 years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on designing and building large-scale systems Expert-level programming skills and a deep mastery of software engineering discipline
-
Proficiency in web technologies like ReactJS, CSS, HTML5 and JavaScript
-
Experience in building backend APIs with Java / Python / Go / Scala
-
Ability to design and develop complex web applications, core components and systems
-
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
-
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
