We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Systems Engineer to join our team and play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our M365 and Azure AD infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage M365 tenant settings, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and security features.
- Configure and administer Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) for user authentication, single sign-on (SSO), and access control.
- Implement and maintain a robust identity and access management (IAM) strategy across M365 and Azure AD environments.
- Automate routine tasks using PowerShell scripting to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis to ensure optimal performance.
- Participate in security audits and implement best practices to maintain a secure M365 and Azure AD environment.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest M365 and Azure AD features and technologies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Document configurations and processes for knowledge transfer and future reference.
- Manage and support the Linux VM environment
- Provision and manage SSL certificates
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and administering M365 and Azure AD environments.
- Experience in Linux administration is preferred
- Using Ansible to manage and deploy patches and updates.
- Proven experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and identity management concepts.
- Strong understanding of security best practices in a cloud environment.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting is a plus.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- A passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies
