Provide 24x7 senior-level Windows systems engineering: troubleshoot AD, DNS, DHCP, Windows Server, clusters, hardware, backups, patching, certificates and Azure resources; perform migrations, RCA for P1/P2 incidents, escalate and communicate with US/EU customers, and complete change requests outside normal hours.

Must know
- Active Directory Architecture, FSMO, Trusts, replication issues, GPO troubleshooting, Sites and services
- DNS troubleshooting
- DHCP knowledge
- Windows Server core troubleshooting (Server performance analysis, BSOD,)
- Server Hardware (HP, Dell, IBM, Cisco UCS, Blade Servers) / Raid troubleshooting.
- Backup troubleshooting
- Windows cluster troubleshooting & Migration and log analysis.
- Windows patching troubleshooting
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for Major Incidents and P1/P2 cases
- Migration - DHCP\AD\File and print server.
- Certificate authority (Root CA / Subordinate CA), IIS website renewals.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Providing support to US & Europe customers hence communication should be crisp.
- Interact with customers, end-users and team members.
- Escalation point for lower tier technical teams
- Installation, configuration, maintenance and support for hardware, operating systems and applications
- Participation in completing customer change requests and problem ticket resolution outside of normal business hours.
