The Senior Talent Acquisition Manager serves as the subject-matter expert in all facets of full-cycle talent acquisition and ensures there is a robust and effective recruitment environment that positively impacts retention. You'll be responsible for overseeing our TA teams in India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensures adherence to policies and procedures defined for the TA department at DATAMARK, at Site Level by collaborating with HR teams within their country. 
  • Provides leadership and vision to the regional Talent Acquisition teams, by having a continuous improvement mindset, bringing new and effective techniques for candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and retention.  
  • Collects data and develops metrics from the Company Applicant Tracking Solution and other data points to effectively analyze key recruitment activity to understand and improve recruiting effectiveness. 
  • Manages all vendor relationships related to Talent Acquisition to include the Applicant Tracking Solution, Job Boards, Online Reputation Management and pre-employment verifications, screenings and assessments.  
  • Identifies and implements tools on a country-specific level that streamlines Talent Acquisition functions and provides excellent reporting for ease of operational management. 
  • Updates, creates and implements appropriate TA policies, procedures and work instructions as needed. 
  • Audits site TA teams to ensure compliance with corporate initiatives, policies and procedures 
  • Leads and manages the training environment for assigned sites to ensure maximum effectiveness and increase retention among new hires. 

Requirements
  • Education Experience: Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Field Experience: At least 8 to 10+ years of demonstrated progressive responsibility in Talent Acquisition
  • Position Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a talent acquisition management position
    • Prior recruitment experience in a BPO or Call Center environment
    • Previous experience leading teams at multiple sites preferred 
    • Strong technical experience Talent and/or HR software systems preferred 
    • Experience with Talent Brand, Recruitment Marketing, and TA Enablement functions preferred 
    • Obtains a solid network of individuals around the designated location
    • Highly effective interpersonal skills
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
