We are growing and looking for a Talent Sourcer to join our team. The Talent Sourcer  will play a key support role within this team, assisting  recruiters in the identification of Tech talent for middle to leadership level roles and support company growth. Duties and responsibilities (what you do):

  • Active search for qualified candidates according to vacancies requirements using several channels: LinkedIn, job portals, internal database, social networks 
  • Using a variety of research methods and sourcing techniques to generate a talent pool for a vacancy
  • Maintaining timely and accurate information on all candidate interactions in the ATS
  • Attending briefing sessions with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand requirements and to take part in building search strategies
  • Developing talent pipelines for future hiring needs

Qualifications or performance standards (how you do it):

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong Intermediate or higher spoken and written English
  • 2 + years of experience in IT recruitment/sourcing
  • Research acumen and creativity, a person who can learn new tech roles and business domains quickly and understand how to deliver effective search strategies within requirements
  • Solid communication skills, ability to build strong relationships with potential candidates
  • Organized and data-focused, with a strong attention to detail
  • Analytical mindset
  • Сurious, a strong desire to learn
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
