Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Briefing with line managers to check open positions' requirements
Job description posting on various channels (Linkedin, Naukri.com, Universities’ career sections)
Sourcing candidates through online job boards, personal networks
Work with headhunters to source candidates
Screening resume and first interview with candidates
Support to line managers in the evaluation process giving structured feedback after interview
Active participation in employer branding, maintain know how of market trends, be active on social channels to be on the lookout for candidates
Stay up-to-date on technologies , global talent know-how, emerging trends
Actively engage with remote hiring managers, publish regular hiring reports for management and adapt to changing needs
Experience
Good knowledge of Excel and of the main MS office applications
Experience in international context
Experience in the management of relationships with external societies (commercial agreements, feedback on candidates, etc)
Strong understanding of technical concepts and languages: Ability to understand and communicate technical requirements for various IT positions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases: Familiarity with tools used in the recruitment process.
Knowledge of various sourcing techniques: Experience with social media recruiting, Boolean search, and other sourcing methods.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills: Ability to address challenges and negotiate offers effectively.
Exposure or experience in other areas of Human resource management is a nice to have
