Responsibilities
The technical writer is responsible for

All documentation for a product ranging from solution documentation to deep technical guides, to end user on-line help. This position requires the ability to describe a highly technical solution in an easy to understand and concise manner.

Managing the localization work required to offer our solution in several global languages.

Becoming an integral member of the development and maintenance projects and providing input to product managers and designers from an end user perspective.

Fully understanding the existing documentation and consolidation of information.
Technical Skills
-
Any Graduate or Postgraduate
-
6+ years of professional experience in technical writing for software products
-
Agile methodology experience
-
High quality consciousness
-
Excellent English written and verbal skills
-
Experience writing for Windows applications
-
Base knowhow in telephony concepts/business phone systems
-
Technical enough to be able to install and maintain a lab environment with our software in order to have a system to use to properly describe our solution.

Experience working in DITA/XML based authoring environment.

Well versed in traditional documentation authoring tools

Experience in conducting technical reviews

Experience in publishing content in online formats
