Senior TOSCA Automation Specialist

• 5–8 years of experience in SAP automation, with strong hands-on expertise in Tricentis Tosca (senior role preferred).
  
• Deep knowledge of Tosca model-based automation, including test case design, execution, and reporting.
  
• Solid understanding of SAP business processes across modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, etc.)
  
• Strong technical expertise in Tricentis Tosca, including setup and configuration of Tosca Commander, Tosca Server, Distributed Execution (DeX), and Test Data Service (TDS).
  
• Proven experience in developing and managing Tosca integrations with test management tools using Tosca Connect (e.g., Jira, qTest, SAP SolMan, SAP CALM, TestRail).
  
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with experience working directly with client teams and senior stakeholders.
  
• Exposure to other automation tools such as UiPath, Playwright, and UFT is highly desirable.
  
•  Proven experience integrating automation with CI/CD frameworks such as Jenkins.
  
• Strong working knowledge of test management tools like qTest, ALM, or JIRA.
  
• Demonstrated capability in leading and managing an automation team of 4–6 resources, ensuring delivery quality and timelines.
  
• Experience in training, coaching, or mentoring new or junior automation engineers.
  
• Flexibility to work and collaborate across India and Australia time zones to meet project and stakeholder needs.
