Senior Business Analyst/Inbound Product Manager

This is a key digital transformation initiative leveraging modern cloud, data, and geospatial technologies. Our India-based team plays a pivotal role in shaping and delivering this next-generation platform in close collaboration with our global product and engineering teams.
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Inbound Product Manager to support the definition, design, and delivery of the PCubed Pro platform. This role bridges business requirements and technical execution—ensuring the engineering teams in India have well-defined, testable, and traceable product requirements that align with the global roadmap.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and documentation skills, a solid understanding of modern SaaS and cloud systems, and experience collaborating with distributed teams to deliver high-quality software.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements Definition & Analysis
- Work with global product leaders to understand business objectives and translate them into clear, detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
 
- Develop and maintain PRDs, SRS documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria for features within the PCubed platform.
 
- Conduct impact analysis, process mapping, and workflow documentation for new and existing features.
 
- Collaborate with engineering and QA teams to ensure requirements are well understood, testable, and traceable.
 
- Create wireframes, flow diagrams, and mockups using tools like Figma or Cursor AI to communicate product concepts and use cases.
 
Collaboration & Delivery Support
- Act as the primary product liaison for India-based engineering teams, clarifying feature intent, edge cases, and dependencies.
 
- Work closely with UX, backend, and data platform teams to refine user stories and ensure delivery readiness for each sprint.
 
- Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and story acceptance processes within Agile frameworks.
 
- Facilitate sprint demos, reviews, and user acceptance sessions with global stakeholders.
 
- Ensure Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD) criteria are consistently met.
 
Product Documentation & Governance
- Maintain up-to-date functional documentation, including workflow diagrams, data models, and feature specifications.
 
- Track and report progress on requirements, risks, and dependencies.
 
- Support release documentation—feature summaries, change logs, and release notes.
 
- Collaborate with QA on validation strategies and acceptance testing.
 
Cross-functional & Technical Coordination
- Partner with the data platform and GIS teams to define data flows, geospatial layers, and integration requirements.
 
- Understand and communicate technical impacts related to cloud infrastructure (AWS), microservices, and event-driven architectures.
 
- Collaborate across mobile, web, and backend teams to ensure functional consistency and data integrity.
 
Performance Measurement & Continuous Improvement
- Support product leaders in defining key performance indicators (KPIs) for released features.
 
- Gather post-release feedback from users and internal stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities.
 
- Contribute to continuous process improvement in requirements management, documentation, and release readiness.
 
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 8–12 years of total experience, with at least 5 years in business analysis or inbound product management for enterprise or SaaS products.
 
- Proven ability to translate complex business needs into structured product documentation (PRD, SRS, user stories).
 
- Strong understanding of modern software systems and cloud architectures (AWS, microservices, REST APIs).
 
- Familiarity with data and geospatial concepts (Postgres, Kafka, GIS, Geoserver) preferred.
 
- Proficiency with documentation and visualization tools like Figma, Lucidchart, Confluence, or Cursor AI.
 
- Experience working in Agile environments with globally distributed teams.
 
- Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
 
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in analytics, cloud platforms, or industrial IoT domains.
 
- Exposure to geospatial visualization or GIS-based platforms.
 
- Knowledge of data lakes, streaming pipelines, or event-driven systems.
 - Certifications such as CBAP, CSPO, or Agile BA are a plus.
