- Design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform, including custom applications, workflows, automations, and integrations.
- Configure and enhance core ServiceNow capabilities across ITSM, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, CMDB, and related platform modules.
- Develop and support integrations with internal and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and other ServiceNow integration capabilities.
- Support the ongoing maintenance and evolution of the ServiceNow platform, including version upgrades, architectural improvements, platform performance, and technical governance.
- Play a key role in ServiceNow platform migration and consolidation initiatives, supporting application assessment, solution redesign, configuration migration, and data transition activities.
- Ensure solution quality through testing, code reviews, troubleshooting, and adherence to ServiceNow development best practices and governance standards.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Business Analysts, Infrastructure, Security, and vendor teams to deliver business-driven platform enhancements.
- Contribute to Agile delivery, continuous improvement initiatives, and the long-term roadmap of the ServiceNow platform.
Employees at all levels are expected to:
- 7 to 10 years of proven experience delivering solutions across core ServiceNow capabilities, including ITSM, Service Catalogue, CMDB, Knowledge Management, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
- Experience supporting the full ServiceNow platform lifecycle, including version upgrades, architectural evolution, performance optimization, and technical governance.
- Experience contributing to ServiceNow migration, consolidation, or transformation initiatives, including the assessment of customizations, integrations, and data migration requirements. Exposure to mergers, acquisitions, or large-scale platform integration programs would be beneficial.
- Experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, or other platform capabilities would be preferrable.
- Strong development skills in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting frameworks, with the ability to design scalable, maintainable, and high-performing solutions.
- Experience designing and implementing integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and connecting ServiceNow with enterprise applications and services.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders in Agile delivery environments complete your profile.
