What you'll do:

Responsibilities:

  • Translate business requirements into system/application specifications and project elements to assist in identifying solutions to business challenges
  • Develop methods to enhance data reliability and quality by merging raw information from various sources to establish uniform and machine-readable formats.
  • Create and assess architectures that facilitate data extraction and transformation for predictive or prescriptive modelling.
  • Apply industry and information technology knowledge to back proposals, feasibility studies, implementations, and new business growth.
  • Train and Coach junior analyst on best practices and technical skills.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Collect, clean, and analyse large data sets to support decision-making. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings. Identify trends, patterns, and insights in data to guide business strategies.

ETL Processes & Data Pipelines:

  • Design, implement, and optimize ETL pipelines to transform raw data into structured formats. Automate the extraction, transformation, and loading of data from multiple sources. Ensure data integrity, quality, and consistency.

Data Automation & Optimization:

  • Build and maintain automated workflows to streamline data operations. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop custom solutions for process automation.

Data Governance & Management:

  • Ensure adherence to data governance policies, including data privacy and security. Work with data engineering teams to maintain and improve data architecture.
  • Collaboration & Communication:
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their data needs. Provide ad-hoc analysis and data insights.

What you need to bring:

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience with data, ETL processes, or automation.
  • Experience building automated data workflows and reporting solutions
  • Proficiency in Excel and Powerbi, DAX , SQL , Power automate desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience in building automated reports and models is a plus.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Curiosity is a must.
