  • Collaborate with Remote Teams & Clients: Execute technical instructions and runbooks in coordination with remote engineers and customers to perform initial hardware configurations, basic network switch setup, device power cycling, and troubleshooting.

  • Ensure Compliance & Operational Standards: Adhere strictly to secure data center access, safety procedures, and security protocols while performing visual alarm inspections, incident reporting, and maintaining meticulous work records for compliance audits.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong knowledge of server, storage, and networking hardware, as well as copper and fiber cabling standards.

  • Proven ability in technical problem-solving, reading system diagrams, following precise instructions, and managing clear communication with remote teams.

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Exposure to Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) frameworks or network certifications is preferred.
