We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media & Internal Communications Specialist who can bring stories to life, strengthen employee engagement, and elevate brand presence across digital platforms. This role combines internal communications, content creation, storytelling, and social media management to create meaningful experiences for employees while building a strong and authentic online presence.

The ideal candidate is passionate about content, understands social media trends, enjoys connecting with people, and can transform everyday moments into compelling narratives. This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping communication strategies, driving engagement initiatives, and creating content that resonates with both internal and external audiences.


RequirementsKey Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute internal communication campaigns that inform, engage, and inspire employees.
  • Create high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content for internal communication channels, social media platforms, emails, and announcements.
  • Manage and grow social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
  • Plan and produce engaging content including posts, reels, short-form videos, stories, campaigns, and employee spotlight features.
  • Capture workplace culture, employee experiences, company events, and success stories through impactful storytelling.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather content ideas and convert them into engaging communication pieces.
  • Drive employee participation and advocacy programs to increase engagement across social media channels.
  • Monitor social media performance, engagement metrics, and campaign effectiveness to optimize future content strategies.
  • Stay updated on emerging social media trends, content formats, and digital communication best practices.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and brand voice across all communication channels.
  • Support content planning, scheduling, publishing, and community engagement activities.
What Makes You a Great Fit
  • Experience in Content Strategy, Internal Communications, Social Media Management, or Employee Engagement roles.
  • Strong storytelling ability with a talent for creating authentic and engaging narratives.
  • Excellent content writing and communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
  • Hands-on experience managing social media platforms and creating content that drives engagement.
  • Good understanding of social media trends, audience behavior, and content performance analytics.
  • Ability to create both written and visual content that captures attention and encourages interaction.
  • Basic knowledge of video production, editing, and publishing workflows.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Creative mindset combined with a proactive, execution-focused approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
