Design and develop scalable Python software, implement RAG-based AI/ML models, collaborate with DevOps and data engineers to process Big Data, deploy and maintain applications, perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, document systems, and participate in agile development.
We are looking for a talented and experienced engineer to join our DevOps and AI-focused team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our technology by leveraging your skills in Python, AI/ML, and data handling. You will collaborate closely with data engineers and the DevOps team to process and analyze Big Data, extract valuable insights, and integrate AI/ML models into our software systems.
Responsibilities- Design and develop Python-based software solutions, prioritizing scalability, performance, and security.
- Implement AI/ML models, particularly RAG techniques, to enhance our software capabilities.
- Collaborate with the DevOps team for seamless deployment and operation of applications.
- Work hand-in-hand with data engineers to process and analyze Big Data, utilizing data lakes, data warehouses, or lakehouses.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high software quality.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Python, AI/ML, and DevOps to drive innovation.
- Document and maintain comprehensive software documentation for future reference and knowledge sharing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Participate in agile development practices, contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is essential.
- 2+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Python, is required.
- Proficiency in AI/ML techniques, especially RAG, and experience with Big Data analytics is a must.
- Solid understanding of DevOps practices and tools, including version control and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with cloud technologies and security best practices is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive and analytical approach to software development.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities, fostering effective teamwork.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and programming languages.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies is advantageous.
