About Us: JPMorgan is a leading global financial services firm, committed to delivering innovative solutions and exceptional service to our clients. We are seeking a skilled DevOps AWS Cloud Engineer to join our team in Mumbai and contribute to the modernization of our infrastructure.
Job Description: As a DevOps AWS Cloud Engineer at JPMorgan, you will play a key role in modernizing our cloud infrastructure on AWS. You will collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure our applications are reliable, scalable, and secure.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, deploy, and manage AWS cloud infrastructure using best practices.
  • Lead infrastructure modernization efforts to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using tools like Terraform.
  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline the software development process.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
  • Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance and scalability.
  • Ensure security best practices are followed and assist in compliance efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest AWS services and DevOps tools.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
  • Strong experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages like Python or Java is a plus.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Github.
  • Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • AWS certification (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer) is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with infrastructure modernization projects.
  • Knowledge of networking and security best practices in cloud environments.
  • Additional certifications in Kubernetes and Terraform are preferred.
