About Team:
Enterprise Business Services is invested in building a compact, robust organization that includes service operations and technology solutions for Finance, People, Associate Digital Experience. We are Reporting and Enablement team in Finance domain in Walmart EBS Fintech. Team is looking for a strong Software Engineer who will drive building next generation Walmart suite of products and platform by designing, coding, building products and services that helps Financial Analysts.
The role is expected to make a difference to the products in terms of the design and contribute towards identifying technical risks and find alternate solutions to various problems. In addition to that, the role also demands to motivate, mentor and provide ample guidance to the other team members with respect to technical challenges.

- Develop intuitive software that meets and exceeds the needs of the customer and the company.
- You also get to collaborate with team members to develop best practices and requirements for the software.
- Motivated individual who takes pride in accomplishing complex assignments/tasks
- In this role it would be important for you to professionally maintain all codes and create updates regularly to address the customer’s and company’s concerns.
- You will show your skills in analyzing and testing programs/products before formal launch to ensure flawless performance.
- Troubleshooting coding problems quickly and efficiently will offer you a chance to grow your skills in a high-pace, high-impact environment.
- Software security is of prime importance and by developing programs that monitor sharing of private information, you will be able to add tremendous credibility to your work.
- You will also be required to seek ways to improve the software and its effectiveness.

What you'll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science and 2 years’ experience in software engineering or related field OR 4 years’ experience in software engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in frontend skill sets.
- Hunger to learn new technologies and constantly improve your skillset to stay abreast with industry standards
- Frontend Platforms/Frameworks: Android or iOS Platform, ReactJS/React Native Frameworks, NodeJS/npm, Redux, etc.
- Languages: Kotlin/Swift/Java, JavaScript, Typescript, HTML/CSS.
- Databases: NoSQL Databases e.g. Google Firestore, Cosmos DB, etc.
- Monitoring & Alerting: Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, etc
- Exposure to build, CI/CD & deployment pipelines and related technologies like Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins etc.
- A continuous drive to explore, improve, enhance, automate and optimize systems and tools.
- Messaging/Chat app experience using either Google Firestore or MQTT or any other realtime database
- Experienced in audio streaming technologies is a plus
- Experienced in Azure Blob Storage is a plus
- Cloud Experience: Azure or Google Cloud
