Job DescriptionSoftware Development and Maintenance:
•
Build comprehensive solutions within ServiceNow FSO and CSM modules, including Portal, Virtual Assistant, Mobile, and Service Operations Workspace (SOW).
•
Design systems following architectural best practices, focusing on scalability, reliability, and performance.
•
Investigate system failures, suggest design improvements, and drive operational enhancements.
Quality Assurance and Standards Compliance:
•
Take responsibility for the software, guaranteeing it meets standards and minimizes customer impact.
•
Perform code reviews to uphold engineering best practices and adhere to development guidelines.
•
Maintain compliance with security protocols and reliability engineering standards.
Team Collaboration and Innovation:
•
Encourage innovation, teamwork, and ongoing improvement.
•
Prioritize tasks effectively and communicate potential issues proactively.
•
Exhibit self-motivation, strong collaboration skills, and familiarity with agile and DevOps methodologies.

Basic Qualifications (Required):
•
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
•
At least three years of ServiceNow development experience
Required Technical Skills:
ServiceNow Platform Expertise: Practical knowledge of ServiceNow’s platform and capabilities, including awareness of recent updates and releases.
Development Skills: Skilled in JavaScript, with experience in client and server-side scripting in ServiceNow. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript frameworks (such as AngularJS) for portal development.
Integration Skills:
Mobile Development: Familiarity with ServiceNow’s Mobile Studio and experience building mobile-friendly features.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
•
AI and Virtual Assistant: Experience with configuring ServiceNow’s Virtual Agent, including NLU and AI service integrations.
•
Workflow and Automation: Expertise in designing and automating complex workflows to improve service operations.
•
UI/UX Design: Ability to create effective and user-friendly interfaces within the ServiceNow portal.
•
Performance Optimization: Experience optimizing ServiceNow application performance and scalability.
•
Security Practices: Understanding of data privacy, security best practices, and role-based access controls in ServiceNow development.
•
Problem Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to address and resolve development challenges.
•
Project Management: Experience with Agile processes and managing multiple projects.
