Responsibilities :

We are hiring Software Quality Assurance Engineer whose role mainly focuses on qualifying of products and processes. The role will perform software product testing  and works closely with development engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure that the product meets the quality expectations and is ready for our customers.  

  

Your typical day will include:  

  • Evaluating the product software to ensure that it performs satisfactorily in the customer environment from a functionality, performance, and usability perspective.  
  • Execution of exploratory and customer end-to-end persona-task based testing.  
  • Provide support to Software Development in finding, fixing and verification of bug fixes.  
  • Audit and report the quality of the software from a customer validation perspective.  
  • Provide program risk assessments related to impact to program schedule, costs, and quality.

  • Have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, IT, or relevant experience  
  • Have a customer mind-set  
  • Have experience in quality assurance work, testing and any related quality systems.  
  • Can analyze problems and complete detailed reports  
  • Can methodically produce the steps which exhibit the defects in the product and be able to reproduce and communicate these steps  
  • Have strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills  
  • Have good organizational and time management skills
