The Cloud Integration Engineer is responsible for end-to-end integration, configuration, verification and handover of Ericsson cloud infrastructure solutions (SDI, CEE, CCD, CNIS) into customer environments, ensuring implementation according to approved architectures, Ericsson reference solutions and customer requirements with strong focus on reliability, performance and operational readiness.
What you will do
  • Perform integration of Ericsson SDI, CEE, CCD and CNIS/NFVi solutions, including installation, configuration and validation of compute, storage, networking, security and management components.
  • Participate in PoC projects along with Cloud PDU in the emerging areas like 5G, IoT, Edge NFVI, Distributed Cloud etc.
  • Service delivery of cloud solution into deployment, integration and upgrade of E/// Telco Cloud.

The skills you bring:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications or equivalent.
  • 3+ years in telecom, IT or cloud infrastructure, including 2+ years in hands-on system integration/deployment roles.
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale telco cloud or NFVI/CNIS-based solutions in operator environments (preferably multi-vendor).
  • Hands-on experience with Ericsson SDI, CCD, CEE and CNIS, or strong experience with equivalent telco cloud stacks.
  • Strong understanding of cloud concepts and virtualization technologies (compute, storage, networking, orchestration).
    At least intermediate-level proficiency in Unix/Linux, including system administration and troubleshooting.
  • IP networking integration experience working with switches and routers from vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, Extreme and HP (L2/L3, routing protocols, VLANs, VPNs, QoS).
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes; CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator - Linux Foundation) or equivalent knowledge.
  • Proven experience in system installation, integration and verification, with strong troubleshooting/debugging skills for complex technical issues.
  • Scripting skills in Python, Ansible and Shell are a strong plus for automation and repeatable deployment.
  • Good interpersonal skills with excellent communication in written and spoken English, able to explain complex topics clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Task-oriented, self-driven and comfortable working in cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
  • Willingness and flexibility to work according to project or customer time zones when required.
