The Solutions Architect supports global customers by providing technical expertise, assisting in solution design and implementation during the customer lifecycle.

The Solutions Architect in India plays a key role in supporting global customers, regional sales teams, and partners by providing deep technical expertise, solution design, and implementation guidance throughout the customer lifecycle.
Primary Responsibilities- Support pre sales and post sales technical activities for customers and partners, collaborating closely with global Sales, Channel, and Customer Success teams.
- Participate in technical discovery sessions to understand customer environments, requirements, and success criteria.
- Deliver technical demonstrations, solution walkthroughs, and architecture discussions aligned to customer use cases.
- Assist with proof of value engagements, pilots, and deployments, including configuration support and troubleshooting.
- Provide ongoing technical guidance to customers during onboarding and early adoption phases.
- Partner with Engineering and Product teams to relay customer feedback, identify technical gaps, and support continuous product improvement.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, best practices, and internal knowledge assets.
- Support partner and internal enablement through technical training and solution education.
RequirementsMinimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Experience in a Solutions Architect, Implementation Engineer, Technical Consultant, or similar role within enterprise software environments.
- Strong understanding of Windows endpoints, application performance, virtual desktops, and enterprise IT systems.
- Ability to analyze complex technical environments and translate findings into clear recommendations.
- Strong communication skills and comfort working with global, cross functional teams.
- Willingness to work with overlapping time zones to support global customers.
