Key Responsibilities- Prepare, validate, and process logistics invoices with accuracy and within defined timelines.
- Verify freight charges, transportation costs, billing rates, taxes, and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with transporters, vendors, warehouses, and internal stakeholders to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Generate customer invoices, credit/debit notes, and maintain billing records.
- Reconcile billing data with shipment records, PODs, and ERP/TMS systems.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, contractual agreements, and statutory regulations.
- Prepare billing reports, MIS, and support month-end closing activities.
- Experience in Logistics Billing, Freight Billing, or Transportation Invoicing.
- Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR), invoicing processes, and billing reconciliation.
- Hands-on experience with SAP (SD/MM/FI), Oracle, TMS, or other ERP systems.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Lookup Functions).
- Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
