So, what's the role all about?

We are seeking a highly experienced and client-facing FCC Business Consultant to support the Director of Professional Services in delivering high-impact, outcomes-led transformation engagements across our Intelligence Driven Operations Services (IDOS). This role operates at the intersection of business analysis, FCC operations expertise, and client advisory—ensuring operational optimisation across KYC, Transaction Monitoring, and Screening environments.

How will you make an impact?
  • Lead and facilitate client workshops to elicit business requirements and transformation objectives.
  • Conduct current-state and future-state process mapping across KYC, Transaction Monitoring, Screening, and Investigations.
  • Perform operational impact assessments aligned to technology deployments and service transitions.
  • Assess and optimise alert triage and investigation workflows.
  • Design operating model enhancements to improve efficiency, governance, and SLA adherence.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage automation and AI to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
  • Drive user adoption initiatives and stakeholder alignment sessions.
  • Produce BRDs, functional specifications, and implementation artefacts.
  • Partner with Product, Technology, and Delivery teams to align solutions with operational requirements.
  • Identify operational risks, regulatory implications, and control gaps.
  • Provide consultative guidance to senior client stakeholders.
  • Produce executive-level reporting and transformation roadmaps.
  • Travel globally as required for workshops and client engagements.
Have you got what it takes?
  • 8+ years of experience in Financial Crime Compliance operations or consulting.
  • Hands-on experience in KYC, Transaction Monitoring, Screening, and/or Investigations.
  • Strong understanding of FCC Investigation Operating Models and regulatory expectations.
  • Proven experience facilitating client workshops and eliciting requirements.
  • Expertise in process mapping and operational optimisation.
  • Prior consulting experience within financial services is desirable.
  • Experience supporting technology implementation programmes is preferred.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong documentation skills including BRDs and process maps.
  • Willingness to travel globally.
  • Project Management / Business Analyst certification desirable.
