We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Full-Stack Engineer to join our team. This role is located in Pune.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Design and implement scalable frontend architectures, reusable UI component models, and high-performance user experiences for complex enterprise workflows
- Build and optimize backend platforms, microservices, APIs, and service orchestration layers supporting mission-critical applications
- Design and develop AI-enabled application capabilities, including conversational interfaces, embedded AI experiences, workflow augmentation, and intelligent decision-support features
- Collaborate and work with other teams in a platform operating model
- Analyze and support vendor software
- Stakeholder management
- Project Prioritization
- Provide second level support
- Usage of AI tools like Claude/Codex/Gitlab/Windsurf/ Co-Pilot
- Develop Unit Test Cases with a view to integration into CI/CD pipeline
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor's or higher degree in computer science/ engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required
- 2+ years of experience in software development required
- Designing and building RESTful APIs, service layers, and microservices using Springboot, JAVA
- Component-driven UI architecture using Angular & Node.JS
- Proficiency with text-based formats like XML & JSON
- Proficiency in Enterprise application frameworks and service-oriented design
- Proficiency with Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Integration
- Familiarity with testing patterns and dev ops
- Familiarity with cloud / containerization
- Comfortable in Windows and Linux environments
- Build pipelines and automated release processes
- Previous experience designing and implementing new systems and features independently
