Job Title

Using expiry reports from Venafi, make contact with application teams to confirm that upcoming certificates have been renewed, installed and that a change record or validation has occurred to denote a successful lifecycle renewal.  Additionally, provide reporting to management to show progress (monthly/daily) on number of certificates expiring versus certificates renewed as evidence of managing the overall portfolio in a timely manner. The stated goal is to always be working ahead to avoid emergent or same-day escalation scenarios and ensure successful deployments from the application teams supporting certificate lifecycle management. In situations that are emergent, escalate to the Venafi team to assist and help resolve.
