Specialist, Quality Control

As a Specialist, Quality Control, you will be responsible for shift operation & maintenance of manufacturing equipments. You will work with Manufacturing operations & extended team on engineering change management

You will:

• Responsible of designing and developing robotics and automation, through vision system, OCR & PLC programming in rotating shift six days working .
• Responsible of designing and troubleshooting robotics and automation, through vision system, OCR & PLC programming in rotating shift with six days working
• Responsible for New line setup through systematic approach of equipment integration.
• Ensuring compliance with Lean and ISO standards

• Experience in robotics programming and PLC automation interface Design scalable and fast web applications,
• Experience in the field of Machine Learning, Computer Vision Deep Learning & OCR solutions, object detection algorithms Deep knowledge on Auto CAD for new & existing line design concept
• Strong understanding of PLC troubleshooting & new program development Experience in creating software & executing automation scripts using open source tools (VB,SQL,Python)
• Handle multiple strategic projects

Desirable Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Mech-Electronics Engineering
