Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add Engineer- Supply Chain position will be based in Chennai.

What a typical day looks like: 

  • Develop and Maintain Reporting architecture, reports and specific reporting tools required to support the Segment.

  • Publishing of KPI for supply chain organization on timely manner and data availability for business decision making.

  • Provide support to the Strategic Supply Chain Managers in the development of strategies, trend reporting, KPI Objectives.

  • Support and manage data integrity evaluation and solution engagement on supply chain metrics.

  • Assist the Commodity team in negotiations activity through analysis of supplier quotations and Global Procurement negotiation coverage.

  • Compile adhoc reports requested by Commodity Managers and Strategic Supply Chain Managers

  • Assist in the gathering of supply and demand information from various Flex manufacturing sites utilized by the Business Segment and assist in the analysis of data as appropriate.

  • Collaborate with peer and supporting functional groups to maximize standardization of Corporate metric reporting and Segment management reporting.

  • Track, report and support inventory & MM related activities.
     

Here is some of what you will need (required):

  • Good system expertise with MS office tools

  • BE -EEE, ECE, MECH

  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in supply chain

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Analytical skills

  • Preferable to have expertise in SQL, VBA and BI tools (MSTR, Tableau)
