Position Summary
- Responsible to sort, compare, validate & compile reports for Stateside and prepare the performance dashboard/reports.
- Meets quality and customer service expectation levels set by the organization guidelines.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare weekly/monthly inventory report for management view.
- Prepare the commission report using SQL query and share it with broker/Agency.
- Review discrepancies in reports and make corrections.
- Consolidate and publish the inventory and performance dashboard as needed.
- Ability to follow-up on issue resolution with appropriate parties
- Implement corrective actions in case of any observation/feedback received.
- Follow up with required stakeholders for additional/missing information for successful closure of tasks.
- Adhere to agreed timelines and SLA's.
Education, Technical Skills & Other Critical Requirement
Education
- Bachelor's degree (Any Stream) or diploma with a minimum of 15 years of education.
Experience
(In Years)
- Professional with 2-4 years of work experience in BPO/Insurance industry (policy admin/ comp admin) preferably under Insurance & Reporting
Technical Skills
- Good Knowledge of SQL and MIS Reporting
- Proficient in MS Office - Power Point & MS Excel (advance level, not macros)
- Preferred to have experience on dashboard creation & reporting.
- Good analytical skills with an ability to research & take decision to resolve problems in processing.
- Good computer navigation skills
- Basic knowledge of Power BI (Preferred)
Other Critical Requirements Like Voice/ Non-Voice for Insurance Ops
- Good communication skills, both written & Verbal
