Department OverviewThe Global Governance team is responsible for establishing supply continuity practices globally. We set governance mechanisms for safety stock, allocation, metrics, and resiliency planning across all tiers of supply, driving integration from supplier through to EMS and product-level execution.
Job Description
Sr Analyst Materials Planning - based in Reynosa, México - will play a key role in supporting the LMR and Video business with direct alignment to Global Governance priorities.
This includes the tactical-to-strategic linkage of Safety Stock execution, component allocation, global metrics-driven, and long-range capacity visibility.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide weekly tracking of PPV budget vs. spend; identify drivers of overspend and share insights with the tactical team. Communicate key supply-related results to the tactical team to drive actions.
- Defines and maintains Global Metrics to ensure transparency, consistency, and accountability across regions. These metrics are designed to meet business needs and help drive timely actions, enable risk-based decision-making, and support alignment between strategic goals and operational executions.
- Contribute to Critical Components Safety Stock reviews, validation proposals, and help ensure effective coverage.
- Participate in Global Allocation and Prioritization analysis, from component level up to Tanapa, supporting decisions based on risk and business impact.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to monitor Lower-Tier Supply Supportability and visibility, helping drive consistent flow from source to MSI.
- Conduct Capacity and Mix Alignment reviews, comparing current line capacity at supplier sites against product mix shifts and future demand trends. Analyze weekly demand signals, flagging changes, and aligning with cross-functional teams (e.g., TSE) for forward-looking actions.
This is a hybrid position, the candidate is expected to be on-site at the client´s location 2-3 times per week. Candidate must reside in Reynosa.

Basic Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in supply chain, math, finance, statistics, business, or a related discipline is required.
3-5 years of working experience in supply or demand planning, supply chain management, or related functions.
Strong understanding of Supply chain processes such as forecasting, planning, inventory management, operations, Safety Stock concepts, Allocation, and lower-tier supply chain.
Strong analytical skills with experience using data analytics tools such as Excel or Tableau. Experience with MCM and SAP systems is a strong plus.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and drive tasks with minimal supervision.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a global team.
Experience in working with global or regional teams is preferred.
Excellent English language communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation) are essential.
Based in Mexico and willing to travel as needed to support suppliers and cross-regional collaboration.
