Responsibilities:

  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring that the organization adheres to all relevant labor laws and regulations, such as wage and hour laws, Social security laws, and Health & Safety , Environmental  standards.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: To manage the recruitment process, from posting job openings to conducting interviews and onboarding new employee.
  • Workday activities: To hand end-end workday process from job postings, hiring, talent management , PA, Exit formalities
  • Record Keeping: To maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in HR systems.
  • Training and Development: To organize training programs to enhance employee skills and support career development.
  • Employee Relations: To address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and ensure a positive work environment.
  • Performance Management: To oversee performance appraisal systems and help employees set and achieve professional goals.
  • Benefits Administration: To manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Policy Implementation: To develop and implement HR policies that align with the company's goals and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Contract labour Management: Ensuring that all contract labor practices comply with labor laws and regulations, such as minimum wage requirements, working hours, and safety standards.
  • HR Audits: Ensure all HR processes and documentation comply with ISO standards and conducting internal audits. To handle ISO external audits, Customer audits, Social compliance audits etc.,
  • Strategic Support: Assisting senior HR professionals in strategic planning and implementing HR initiatives that align with the organization's goals.

Qualifications:

Master degree in Human resources management or a related discipline with minimum 4-5 years of experience from manufacturing industry.
