Responsible for administration, support, and deployment of JD Edwards applications, including performance tuning, environment management, and user support.

Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintenance, support and deployment of the JDE One World/EnterpriseOne.
- Perform day-to-day support, administration and problem resolution of the applications. Also responsible for the daily maintenance, patch updates and testing.
- OMW installation, setup and project promotion and administration.
- Server and client package build and deployments.
- Apply ESUs, ASUs, Updates and Service Pack upgrades.
- JDE Administration of security, print, batch queues, performance tuning and monitoring via SAW
- Create and manage environments, path codes and instances.
- Monitor and manage application system performance and availability.
- Provide complete and timely support for end users.
- Keep current and up to date with application architecture, ESU and service pack releases, functionality, and other CNC components.
- Interact extensively with the other IT support.
- Proactive performance tuning & risk mitigation.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Assist with the roll out of additional modules.
- Assist with the roll out of JDE to additional business units.
Skills:
- 5+ years JD Edwards CNC implementation and administration experience.
- Minimum 1 full EnterpriseOne install in an Intel/SQL Server environment.
- 2+ years of Web Sphere or OAS and JAS experience.
- 2+ years’ experience with Oracle 12c database or greater.
- Direct experience supporting JDE EnterpriseOne applications preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working directly with end users.
- Must have worked in an environment that practiced change control and version management in a production environment.
- EnterpriseOne upgrade experience a plus.
- Knowledge of the JD Edwards One World Technical Foundation tools a plus.
