We are looking for a senior level Human Resources professional to coordinate HR policies and programs. Title and comp will be based on experience and competency level.

Job duties

· Support leaders in developing and executing strategic HR plans aligned with business goals, while fostering strong, trust-based relationships with external partners to promote collaboration

· Manage or supervise the administration of various human resource programs, including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary actions; dispute resolution and investigations; performance and talent management; employee productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; as well as training and development

· Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, and employment law; applies this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to upper management

· Maintain and update management guidelines by preparing and recommending HR policies and procedures

· Implement effective talent management processes, assisting managers in identifying key employees, assessing training needs at the employee and departmental levels, organizing training activities, and fostering employee motivation to support continuous skill development

· Collaborate with the Internal Communications team to enhance global communication initiatives across various channels and geographies, maintaining an engaging and consistent cadence that fosters internal enthusiasm, employee engagement, and pride. This includes creating newsletter articles, emails, editorial content, presentations, and Q&A, all aimed at informing and engaging employees through a diverse range of platforms

· Drive change management initiatives related to talent management and innovation, ensuring successful implementation and adoption throughout the organization.

· Track the impact of change initiatives on employee performance, engagement, and innovation, adjusting as necessary

· Foster strong partnerships with Business Partners, Global Talent Development, Talent Management, and business leaders by gaining a deep understanding of business challenges and how they align with people strategies, while also implementing concrete measures to track and assess impact

· Leverage metrics, data, and insights to inform and drive internal programs and initiatives, while evaluating the effectiveness of our communication channels. Use these insights to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall user experience

· Offer leadership development expertise and guidance to the business, helping to identify and implement the most effective solutions for organizational and leadership challenges

· Keep abreast of talent trends and advance thinking around solutions to further develop talent and organization effectiveness

· Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

· 10+ years of work experience in Human Resources

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in human resources, business administration, or other related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience

· Written Communication – Exceptional writing skills

· Oral Communication – Clear and persuasive speaker with the ability to engage others. Actively listens, seeks clarification when needed, and responds thoughtfully to questions

· Technical Skills – Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, etc.

· Analytics – Skilled at leveraging strategies and provide actionable insights to cross-functional stakeholders

· Digital Fluency – Solid understanding of digital behaviors and platforms. Stays up-to-date with emerging trends, tools, and technologies in the digital and social space

· Multi-Channel Communication – Proven ability to utilize a variety of communication channels and technologies to craft impactful messages that align with strategy and effectively reach employees where and when they are most engaged

· Cross-Team Collaboration – Comfortable working across all levels of the organization, with strong interpersonal skills, discretion, and diplomacy

· Innovation and Adaptability – Ability to think creatively and adapt strategies as needed to achieve objectives and drive results

· Problem-Solving & Flexibility – Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a process-oriented approach and the ability to manage a steady stream of information from multiple sources

· Positive Attitude & Work Ethic – A can-do attitude with a willingness to roll up sleeves and tackle tasks head-on to get the job done

· Must be willing to work in Europe & US Time Zone

· This role will be based in India only

· This role will require the team member to work in shifts
