Lead and execute functional, regression, unit, web, database, and web service testing; maintain QA/UAT/training/demo environments; manage release process; analyze requirements; create and review test plans/cases and automation scripts; identify dynamic elements with complex XPath/CSS; own defects to resolution; participate in design and Agile ceremonies; train teammates and communicate with clients.
● Perform Functional test, Regression test, Unit test, Web application, Database, Web services.
● Maintain the health of the QA, UAT, Training and Demo environment.
● Manage the release process tightly during SDLC cycle.
● Analyze and inspect business and functional requirements documents and use cases.
● Work effectively with business team, Application support team, and other groups.
● Capture, analyze and own defects through resolution.
● Complete testing effort within timelines and budgets identified by the team.
● Conduct peer reviews of test plans, test procedures, and test scripts.
● Participate in design reviews.
● Experience in planning, documenting, and reviewing test cases/suites.
● Demonstrate functionality, train team members and communicate with Clients.

● Experience in automation Test Scripting, Test Scenario, Test Cases preparation and writing Bug, Reports.
● Good Experience in identifying dynamic elements using complex XPATH and CSS.
● Good Experience on Sprint/release Planning, Reviews, daily stand-ups, and Retrospective meetings.
● Demonstrated abilities in terms of Project Discussions, Understanding the requirements and ensuring overall automation requirements are met as per specifications.
● Proficiency in implementing the Automation challenges and managing Requirement Traceability.
