Job DescriptionREQUIREMENTS:
- Total Experience 6+ years
- Strong experience as a Workday Financial Integration and Technical Consultant.
- Strong hands-on experience with: Workday Studio Development, Workday EIB, RaaS Web Services for Workday Financials
- Strong knowledge of SOAP, REST, XML, and XSLT.
- Solid understanding of Workday integration frameworks, design principles, and testing methodologies.
- Experience with data conversion concepts and Workday Financial business processes.
- Experience integrating Workday Financials with external systems and managing integration administration.
- Good understanding of system development lifecycle and production support.
- Experience working with project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Scrum.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication skills with experience working closely with Financial Analysts and stakeholders
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, develop, implement, and support integrations for Workday Financials using Workday Studio, EIB, RaaS, and Web Services.
- Develop and support integrations using SOAP, REST, XML, and XSLT technologies.
- Collaborate with business and finance stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical integration solutions.
- Manage integrations between Workday Financials and third-party or internal systems.
- Perform integration testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Ensure integrations align with Workday best practices, security standards, and business processes.
- Support data conversion and migration activities related to Workday Financials.
- Participate in the full system development lifecycle, including design, build, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
- Coordinate with Financial Analysts to ensure accurate data flow and reporting.
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to team members during integration development.
- Participate in projects using Agile, Waterfall, or Scrum methodologies.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
