Trimble Unity Construct flagship product is an end-to-end Project Management Information Solution (PMIS) delivering outcomes from capital planning and design through commissioning.
 

In this role, you will have a massive impact by driving advanced technical standards and modern engineering workflows across the entire division. You will serve as an innovation leader, championing organizational adoption of Agentic AI, building custom system integrations, and establishing governance standards for AI-assisted development. Working from our Chennai office, you will be responsible for the technical integrity and scalability of the portfolio, leading cross-functional teams to solve high-impact, unique issues using innovative and conceptual thinking.
 

• Portfolio Impact: Take responsibility for the technical integrity and scalability of your team’s technology suite, ensuring total alignment with business goals.

• Agentic Development & Governance: Drive organizational adoption of Agentic AI by building "skills" (via MCP or custom integrations) that allow AI to safely interact with internal systems, while establishing standards to ensure security, maintainability, and architectural consistency.

• Complex Problem Solving: Lead cross-functional teams to resolve high-impact, unique issues using innovative, conceptual thinking.

• Advanced Observability: Act as an expert in identifying performance bottlenecks using Profilers, Memory Dumps, and APM tools like New Relic.
   

• Advanced .NET Mastery: Deep expertise in the .NET ecosystem, including performance tuning and advanced Microservices modeling.

• Modern Frontend: Proficient in React development and Micro Frontend (MFE) architecture.

• Testing Excellence: Proficient experience in Unit & Integration test automation.

• Cross-Disciplinary Knowledge: In-depth understanding of related domains such as Security and Performance Engineering.
   

• Cloud & Infrastructure: Intermediate-level knowledge of Cloud Computing (Azure/AWS) and infrastructure-as-code to support global-scale applications.

• Prior experience establishing governance or frameworks for cross-functional engineering groups.
