PRM Systems Integrations Lead

Location: Chennai, India (Hybrid)

Department: Business Systems, Partner Relationship Management (PRM) Engineering

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role: Shape the Future of Trimble's Partner Ecosystem

Are you passionate about building scalable integrations that connect complex Business Systems, cloud services, and global partner ecosystems? Trimble is seeking an experienced PRM Systems Integrations Lead to drive the architecture, development, and reliability of the integrations powering our global Partner Portal.

In this role, you will design and implement critical integrations across identity platforms, learning management systems, digital asset management solutions, analytics platforms, and enterprise data ecosystems. You will help establish the integration architecture standards that enable secure, scalable, and resilient partner experiences across Trimble's global footprint.

What Makes This Role Exciting

As our PRM Systems Integrations Lead, you will own the integration strategy and technical implementation for a rapidly growing ecosystem of enterprise applications. You will collaborate across multiple business and technology teams, driving initiatives that directly impact partner onboarding, authentication, learning, and engagement.

This role offers a distinct opportunity to influence core architectural decisions, establish engineering best practices, and build reusable integration frameworks that accelerate future development across the entire organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Enterprise Integrations: Own and lead the design, development, deployment, and support of integrations connecting Impartner (the Trimble Partner Hub) with core business systems.

  • Architect Identity & Access Solutions: Design, implement, and maintain secure Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions using industry-standard protocols ($SAML\ 2.0$, $OIDC$, $OAuth$).

  • Build Modern API Ecosystems: Design and manage API-based integrations with platforms such as Salesforce, Docebo, Bynder, and other enterprise applications.

  • Drive Salesforce CRM Synchronization: Architect and maintain bidirectional synchronization patterns between Salesforce CRM and partner-facing systems to ensure reliable data exchange.

  • Enable Data-Driven Insights: Design and implement data pipelines and reporting integrations supporting analytics platforms such as DOMO and Snowflake.

  • Establish Integration Standards: Define and promote integration architecture patterns, middleware standards, API governance, and development best practices across engineering teams.

  • Ensure Operational Excellence: Implement monitoring, alerting, retry mechanisms, rate-limiting protection, and observability practices to maximize system reliability.

  • Mentor Engineering Teams: Provide technical leadership, conduct design reviews, guide developers, and maintain high-quality architecture documentation.

Required Skills and Experience
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Experience: 7+ years of dedicated experience in Backend, Integration, or Platform Engineering roles.

  • Programming: Strong coding proficiency in one or more languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Python, Node.js, or Go).

  • API & Architecture: Deep expertise in REST APIs, web services, webhooks, and event-driven architectures.

  • Identity Technologies: Strong working knowledge of identity and authentication protocols ($SAML\ 2.0$, $OAuth\ 2.0$, $OIDC$).

  • Data Ecosystems: Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT processes, data orchestration, and cloud-native integration services.

  • Soft Skills: Exceptional troubleshooting, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platforms, particularly Impartner (and its direct integration with Salesforce).

  • Experience integrating learning management systems (Docebo) or digital asset management platforms (Bynder).

  • Experience implementing observability solutions, monitoring frameworks, and operational dashboards.

  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices.

  • Exposure to integration with enterprise analytics and reporting platforms like Snowflake and DOMO.

What you need to know about the Chennai Tech Scene

To locals, it's no secret that South India is leading the charge in big data infrastructure. While the environmental impact of data centers has long been a concern, emerging hubs like Chennai are favored by companies seeking ready access to renewable energy resources, which provide more sustainable and cost-effective solutions. As a result, Chennai, along with neighboring Bengaluru and Hyderabad, is poised for significant growth, with a projected 65 percent increase in data center capacity over the next decade.
