We are seeking a Sterling OMS Core Developer with strong hands-on experience in IBM Sterling Order Management (Go / MSG) and Java-based enterprise development. The role is focused on core application development, customization, and integrations, leveraging microservices architecture and REST APIs. This position requires a solid development background in Sterling OMS and Java, with no production support responsibilities.


Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and extend applications using IBM Sterling Order Management (Go / MSG). 
  • Build Java / Java EE–based extensions for Sterling OMS. 
  • Develop and integrate microservices using REST APIs. 
  • Implement and manage OMS integrations with enterprise systems. 
  • Work on configurations, customizations, and framework-level development within Sterling OMS. 
  • Provide technical leadership for OMS development initiatives. 
  • Participate in build, deployment, and CI/CD activities related to OMS development. 

Mandatory Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with IBM Sterling OMS (Go / MSG)
  • Expertise in Core Java, Java EE, and enterprise application development. 
  • Solid experience with microservices architecture
  • Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs
  • Experience with Sterling OMS integrations. 
  • Good understanding of build and deployment processes. 

Good to Have

  • Familiarity with Kafka.  
  • Exposure to IBM Call Center.  
  • IBM Sterling OMS Certification (preferred).

Must-have skills
