JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

What you will do:

Account Management

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building trust and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Understand client objectives, challenges, and KPIs to proactively propose campaign solutions.
  • Manage day-to-day communication, project updates, and campaign feedback.
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities to grow account value.

Campaign Management

  • Lead and manage campaign planning based on client briefs, developing timelines, deliverables, and execution strategies.
  • Coordinate with creative, media, strategy, and production teams to ensure campaign alignment.
  • Oversee all stages of the campaign lifecycle - from asset development to launch and post-campaign reporting.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Track campaign performance and prepare reports with insights and recommendations.

Collaboration & Quality Control

  • Ensure creative and strategic outputs meet both client expectations and KULT's quality standards.
  • Facilitate smooth handovers between sales, creative, and operations teams.
  • Conduct post-campaign reviews to capture learnings and optimise future work.

REQUIREMENTS:

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 7 – 10 years’ experience in account management, campaign management, or client servicing within an agency or marketing environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, media planning, and campaign execution workflows.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organised with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Proficient in campaign/project management process and MS Office/Google Workspace.
  • Experience in influencer marketing, branded content, or social media campaign management.
  • Familiarity with data analytics and campaign performance metrics.
