Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions (BEWS) is the group responsible for leading Ericsson’s Enterprise Networking and Security business. How Will You Contribute to the Company?

As the Strategic Sourcing Analyst III, you will join a team that is focused on the strategic and operational aspects of sourcing operations excellence. You will be integrated and assigned projects for driving strategy, innovation, efficiency, and effectiveness in sourcing processes, and transformation projects.

What Will You Do?

  • Sourcing Strategy Support - Help establish a framework and procedures for sourcing including a multi-year business roadmap under guidance

  • Operational Excellence - Assist in operational execution and improvements in sourcing and procurement processes

  • Execution Management - Gain exposure to managing sourcing applications like GraphiteConnect, Power Bi, Power Automate, and iCertis

  • Analytics and Improvement - Support the development of spend analytics including total cost of ownership, RFX analysis, and pricing audits for continuous improvements

  • Manage front-line operations and engagements of supporting processes for Company business including onboarding process, procurement process, vendor management, and system support

  • Assist in identifying and improving our sourcing strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives

  • Support the implementation of best practices in sourcing and procurement, including the use of new technologies and eSourcing tools

  • Participate in transformation projects such as the rollout of Amazon Business, Vcards, and contributing to the development of a Sourcing Playbook

  • Perform analysis of varying data sets utilizing advanced excel techniques and Power Bi

  • Build a knowledge and document library following the process framework and established technical writing framework

  • Collaborate with a high-performance team of sourcing directors, managers, buyers, and analysts, contributing to a culture of excellence and continuous learning

  • Assist in managing processes and projects related to supplier negotiations, contract execution, and operational compliance

  • Work with IT and other internal stakeholders to help develop flexible and innovative sourcing solutions

  • Adopt a growth mindset to learn new process, capabilities and new technologies including generative AI

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate or master's degree in supply chain or related field

  • Five to seven (5-7) years of experience in procurement and strategy execution

  • Strong analytical skills, with an understanding of basic budgeting and financial management

  • Professional communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with peers and management

  • A proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented approach to learning and professional challenges

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Process improvement experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies

  • Experience in Power Bi, Power query, and PowerApps

Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions offers a competitive salary with a focus on a global market. For many roles, the compensation package includes annual and incremental incentive plans; certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply.  The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
