Flowserve’s Supply Chain Services Team is responsible for the design, deployment and adherence to key systems, tools and processes used by our Global Supply Chain Teams. As a key member of this dedicated team, you’ll play a vital role in managing and enhancing these systems and processes, ensuring that they effectively empower our Global Supply Chain operations.

Your Role:
As a key member of our team, you will ensure the seamless operation and improvement of our Supply Chain Services Programs. Reporting directly to Supply Chain Services as an individual contributor, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining, supporting, and advancing our applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance and Support:
- Power Apps & Automate: Maintain and update existing Power Apps and Power Automate flows for peak performance.
- Monitor & Improve: Keep a close eye on application health, addressing issues swiftly and implementing enhancements.
- Process Improvement: Identify and evaluate opportunities for improvement, ensuring accuracy in data and reports.
Issue Resolution:
- Technical Support: Provide expert assistance to associates using Power Apps, Power Automate flows, Power BI, and SharePoint.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve application issues promptly, documenting solutions for future reference.
User Training and Documentation:
- Training: Empower associates by training them on Supply Chain tools and applications.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain user guides, FAQs, and conduct training sessions to ensure user proficiency.
Collaboration:
- Teamwork: Work closely with the Program Lead to align on application requirements and updates.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in team meetings, contributing to the enhancement of processes and tools.
Compliance:
- Adherence: Ensure all activities comply with company policies and procedures.
Preferred Skills:
- Microsoft Power Platform: Proficiency with Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- Communication Skills: Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Problem-Solving: Innovative approach to solving complex enterprise challenges.
- Technical Communication: Ability to convey technical information to non-technical users.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to data accuracy and application performance.
- Adaptability: Quick learner, adept at adjusting to new technologies and requirements.
- HTML/CSS Proficiency: Strong foundational skills in HTML/CSS.
- Database Management: Deep understanding of best practices in database management.
- Analytical Tools: Solid grasp of analytical tools.
- Supply Chain Awareness: Knowledge of key business processes within supply chain is an advantage
- BE Mechanical/ECE/EE/ Production with 3-5yrs experience in relevant field.
