- Post property advertisements on various real estate portals and company websites.
- Plan, draft, and manage ad listings to ensure maximum visibility.
- Prepare and update new property listings on a daily or weekly basis.
- Handle lead registrations and coordinate with the sales and operations team for timely updates.
- Monitor ad performance and suggest improvements to enhance lead generation.
- Maintain proper documentation and tracking of all listings and leads.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing or ad management preferred.
- Familiarity with property portals such as 99acres, MagicBricks, and Housing.com.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines consistently.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email communication, and portal handling).
