This role requires to be part of the team supporting AML solution deployed for multiple entities within the organization. You will be responsible for BAU and would be required to work on enhancements for business processes that support organizational goals. You will be working closely with business stakeholders, project managers, developers, and other IT staff to ensure successful delivery of solutions that meet business requirements.

Job Description:

Be a part of the technical team supporting the AML solution, mange day-to-day issues and ensure KPI/SLA is met.

Prepare daily system monitoring report and ensure that processes are completed, and the issues are resolved timely and accurately. This is important for the application users to meet the local AML regulatory requirements.
Implement and maintain process/procedure to ensure standard operating procedures are in place.
Provide professional and timely support for all users to resolve technical problems raised by them.

Deploy the deliverables from vendor/project team for new requirements in non-prod and prod environments.
Utilize incident management system to receive, track and close support requests.
Participate in improving the current support processes and procedures to prevent recurring problems for users.
Provide recommendations for end user based on historical problem solving and experience.
Research and test potential new software and hardware products that are introduced.
Ensuring inventories for Infra resources, Jobs, processes, etc. are maintained and are up to date.

Support business with new requests/enhancements to the system.

Manage and maintain the non-prod environments and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

At least 6 years working experience in the IT team.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience working on/supporting Azure Infrastructure

Proficiency in SQL query writing, troubleshooting and performance tuning Strong understanding of IT infrastructure in cloud - Azure/GCP running on windows platform.
Experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins).

Good to have experience with SSIS, SSRS and other reporting tools
Effective oral and written communication.
Self-driven, ability to work under pressure and tight timeline. Should be able to extend beyond work hours, if required, since this is a support project.
