Role • System Analyst Manufacturing Responsibilities • Implements project requirements by defining and analyzing system problems, designing, and testing standards and solutions. • Defines application problem by conferring with delivery team, business stakeholders, evaluating procedures and processes. • Analyze data, investigate issues or inefficiencies within the delivery projects, and recommend solutions. • Understand requirement and translate that to product / solutions features. • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements for system enhancements or new system implementation • Conduct testing and validation of system changes and enhancements to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance with business requirements. • Stay updated on manufacturing industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in Manufacturing domain. The Role offers • An opportunity to re-imagine, redesign, technology implementations and operations transformation. • First point on contact for system requirement transformation and propose appropriate IT solutions. • To be a primary functional, manufacturing domain SME in driving business and solution discussions. Essential Skills • 3-7 years of experience working as a system or business analyst in manufacturing domain • Understanding of supply chain processes, inventory management, procurement, logistics, sales and distribution, presales is essential • Good analytical skill and attention to detail. • Basic technical skills and enthusiasm to continue to develop them. • Identifying problems within the manufacturing value chain and proposing effective solutions. • Should be clear and concise in communication Essential Qualification • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
