What you will do:
- Provide comprehensive desktop support by
troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and system-related
issues across laptops, desktops, and mobile devices, ensuring high system
availability and user productivity.
- Install, configure, maintain, and support
operating systems, business applications, and IT peripherals while
ensuring compliance with organizational standards, security policies, and
performance expectations.
- Manage service requests and incidents
through ServiceNow, including accurate ticket logging, tracking,
escalation, and resolution, while maintaining clear communication with
users and collaborating with technical teams to deliver effective IT
support solutions.
What you need:
- Excellent technical knowledge of PCs and
desktop hardware with strong hands-on experience in software and hardware
troubleshooting.
- Working technical knowledge of current
operating systems, protocols, and IT standards, including Windows XP,
Windows 7, Windows Server (2000/2003/2008), and Apple/macOS, iPhone, and
iPad environments.
- Knowledge and experience with networking
components such as routers, switches, firewalls, TCP/IP, and remote
control tools.
- Familiarity with enterprise IT tools and
systems including Microsoft Office (2007/2010), Active Directory (AD),
Exchange (2007/2010), SMS, and enterprise backup solutions.
- Strong interpersonal, communication
(verbal and written), analytical, and problem-solving skills with the
ability to work independently or in a team, manage priorities, operate
under pressure, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
