YOUR ROLE
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the talent acquisition team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process. You will collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to provide administrative and logistical support throughout the hiring process. Your role will involve coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and assisting with the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities
· Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless process for all parties involved
· Manage candidate communications, including interview confirmations, follow‑up emails, and feedback collection
· Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
· Assist with job postings and manage job board accounts to ensure job listings are current and accurate
· Assist with organizing and coordinating recruitment events, such as job fairs and open houses
· Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely and professional communication throughout the recruitment process
· Support the development and maintenance of recruitment‑related documentation, including process guides and training materials

YOUR BACKGROUND
· Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably in human resources or recruitment
· Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies
· High level of attention to detail and accuracy
· Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
