On the Job
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews, and collecting feedback
- Working closely with hiring managers for profile screening and JD preparation
- Making roles live, updating the ATS, and sharing pipeline updates regularly
- Contributing creative ideas to enable faster hiring
- Communicating proactively with candidates to ensure a smooth experience
Must-haves (Min. qualifications)
- Relevant internship experience (2 to 4 months atleast) in hiring coordination.
- Excellent at articulating and communicating the employer brand.
- Naturally good at selling.
- Good team player, positive attitude, motivated and eager to learn.
- Experience in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment is a big plus.
