We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern who is highly disciplined, process-oriented, and eager to learn recruitment in a fast-paced environment. You will work across multiple companies and roles, gaining hands-on experience in end-to-end hiring. This is a fully remote role with PPO possibilities based on performance. This is not a typical HR internship; you will work directly on live hiring mandates, interact with candidates, and learn what it takes to build teams for growing companies. If you enjoy fast-paced work, structured execution, and meaningful responsibility, this role is for you.


RequirementsKey Responsibilities
  • Support end-to-end recruitment for multiple clients and roles
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements
  • Conduct initial candidate outreach and coordinate interviews
  • Maintain and update candidate trackers and hiring dashboards
  • Follow up with candidates and ensure smooth interview coordination
  • Work closely with internal team members on hiring priorities
  • Help improve sourcing strategies and recruitment processes

Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Process-oriented and disciplined approach to workflows
  • Ability to multi-task across multiple companies and roles simultaneously
  • Strong work ethic with an ownership mindset and reliability
  • MBA / PGDM / Undergraduate students interested in HR / Recruitment
  • Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
  • Prior internship experience in HR/recruitment is a plus (not mandatory)
