Ensure effective recruitment processes of high quality

As our new Talent Acquisition Specialist, your overall mission is to support hiring managers and to drive full recruitment processes ensuring progress, and that we are compliant in our recruitment processes in terms of professional handling, ethics etc. Armed with Recruiter Corporate, you will be doing active sourcing primary on LinkedIn to attract top talent. Recruitment will mainly be focused on Bangalore where hire a lot of IT profiles, but we also have offices e.g. Japan and Australia that needs recruitment support.

Specifically, your tasks include:

  • Driving the full recruitment process from approved job requisition to signing of employment contract, including job ad, research, CV screening, executing assessments and reference checks and coordinate candidate interviews as well as participate in interviews  
  • Doing administrative task in the recruitment system (Workday)
  • Advising hiring manager on the right recruitment strategy and optimizing the recruitment process on an ongoing basis
  • Doing onboarding tasks for all new hires in India.
  • Communicating with relevant stakeholder, including hiring managers, HR business partners, other recruiter specialists and external agencies

Join our Talent Acquisition team

You will be joining the global Talent Acquisition team within our People and Culture department.  based in Bangalore, you will primarily be working together with hiring managers across the APJ region (especially India), though we regularly touch base in the Talent Acquisition team as well to discuss and evaluate resources, challenges and processes etc.

Experienced recruiter with strong business understanding

With your flair for juggling several tasks and projects at the same time whilst driving progress and staying goal-oriented, you are not fazed by a relatively large number of simultaneous recruitments. Planning and organization runs in your blood as well as your well-developed ability to diplomatically pull info from and request action from your stakeholders to keep momentum.

Lastly, we expect flexibility in terms of scheduling meetings at odd hours, just as we are flexible in terms of maintaining a good work-life balance.

Moreover, you:

  • Have a relevant education on bachelor’s or master’s level within HR, communication or similar
  • Have min. 3 years of experience from a similar role (doing both research and recruitment) of IT profiles where you have driven several recruitments at the same time.
  • Have solid knowledge of the Indian candidate marked and know how to brand the company to attract the best talent
  • Have a good understanding of systems/IT and are willing to learn new ones
  • Communicate in English on a high level (negotiation level).
  • Have strong analytical skills and a methodical work style
