What You'll Be Doing
- You'll be right in the middle of the action, working alongside experienced recruiters and learning
- the ropes of how real hiring happens:
- Hunt for great talent across job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct your very own first-round HR interviews
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Keep our candidate database organized and up-to-date
- Follow up with candidates and make sure their experience with us is smooth
- Understand what our clients are looking for — and find the right people for them
- Help with onboarding and documentation when candidates get hired
- Get involved in day-to-day HR activities and learn how a recruitment firm runs
Who Should Apply

- Preferred backgrounds: BBA, MBA (HR), MSW, MA (HR)
What You Bring to the Table
- Strong communication skills in English (Hindi is a big plus)
- Genuine curiosity about recruitment and HR
