Your key responsibilities as a Talent Acquisition Specialist will include:

  • Identifying and implementing recruitment strategies tailored to local markets.
  • Sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms, ensuring a diverse and high-quality talent pipeline.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements and improve job descriptions.
  • Writing engaging and inclusive job adverts in line with company standards.
  • Screening candidates, arranging interviews, and managing the candidate experience to reflect our values.
  • Maintaining applicant tracking systems, monitoring recruitment pipelines, and providing data analytics to support decision-making.

You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Talent Acquisition Specialist:

  • You must have at least 3 years' recruitment experience, either in an agency or internal capacity.
  • You will have strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • You should possess excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • You need strong attention to detail while maintaining efficiency and effectiveness.
  • You must be experienced with LinkedIn Recruiter and other CV databases.
